LOGGING OFF A STRETCH SESSION

  1. Immediately following the session in the 3 minutes provided (or in the next break between stretch sessions), click the booking from the Club Ready calendar Grid View and you'll be taken to the session detail page.

  2. Select the tab to the far right that is labeled "Log Off". You must be logged into Club Ready with your own login credentials to see the Log Off tab for that booking. A practitioner is not able to log off sessions for another practitioner that was not assigned the stretch (so you must be logged in through your own account).

  3. Notes are required in this booking details screen before the log off buttons for "Session Completed Successfully" or "Client Did Not Show Up" can be selected and saved.

  4. In the Notes section, copy and paste our internal template included here for a comprehensive summary.

CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL YOUR SESSIONS ARE LOGGED OFF

Periodically (about weekly) please check to be sure all your sessions are logged off. Logging off ensures that you are paid your premium rate for sessions instead of just the base rate.

To see any sessions needing Log Off hover over "Main" (gray bar top of Club Ready screen), select "Log Sessions", choose your name in the dropdown. Log off the sessions as complete or No Show and make the most comprehensive notes you can for the session.

If you find a lot of time has passed since the session was completed and you don't remember details, or you are not even certain if the person did show up, please just communicate that in the note. It could look like "Logging off this session that was missed logging on the day of service. I believe this person did/ did not attend this session". This will help management have a good conversation with the member if down the road the session is in question for billing purposes.
