Spousal Objection

If a member expresses the desire to consult their significant other before committing to a membership, please refer to the flowchart provided in the previous lesson. This hesitation often stems from concerns about the membership pricing.

Inquire about the amount they feel comfortable investing today to initiate their membership without needing to discuss it at home.

Utilize the budget they provide, along with your knowledge of the available memberships, to effectively guide them toward closing the sale.

As a final option, you may offer them the opportunity to share sessions on a 1x, 2x, or 3x per week membership.

 

Please note that sharing sessions is not permitted with a Basic Membership.
