Digital Qualitative Intake
As part of each demo experience for new guests, we need answers from the Qualitative Intake (QI) so we can stretch them safely and effectively.
Ideally, this can be done one person at a time, in a conversational and consultative way.
But if there are multiple demos back to back, and we need some digital help to get the info we need, or if we are able to collect some of this info prior to the day of demo, it will help us understand people and serve them better.
Each studio has it's own link for their own Google form, so that responses will stay with the correct studio for record keeping. Please have guests scan the correct form to answer from their device, or click below if you'll be handing them a laptop or iPad inside the studio.
