Upgraded Compensation For Stretch Practitioners!

We love our clients and we love our staff! The best way to care for our clients, help them stay with us long term and keep our Stretch Zone locations thriving is to keep a caring, knowledgeable staff with us for the long term so we can be the go-to source for "consistent, quality stretching."

We all are mission driven to help our clients live better lives with less pain, more mobility and higher quality of life - that's why we're here - and we also have our own personal and financial goals that play a part.

We want our staff to feel fulfilled and financially rewarded for doing their job with excellence, and we hope this helps the best of our staff want to stay with us for a good long while. With this in mind, our owner Brent is introducing some exciting changes to our compensation structure. Brent whole heartedly believes that respected, high quality employees will help us retain our membership base and grow the revenue of our studios.

These updates will go into effect on April 1st, 2026 and replace any existing arrangements that were in place through previous owners. We think everyone will be very excited about these changes!

Stretch Practitioners

Base Hourly Wage for all practitioners

• $15 per hour (for studios at less than $40,000 monthly revenue) - this is currently all Utah studios.

• $16 per hour (for studios $40,000- $59,999 monthly revenue)

• $17 per hour (for studios at $60,000+ monthly revenue)

Activity Rate - when is it paid?

• IS paid out for each paid client session, demo stretch, or paid family member stretch

• IS paid for late cancel stretches (less than 12 hours notice) that are marked as a "No Show" (even though the ClubReady space will appear empty so someone else can book it).

• IS paid for employee stretches (employees receive 2 stretch credits per month!)

• is NOT paid for the first 10 paid client stretches of a newly hired Stretch Practitioner

Activity Rate - how much is it?

• $0 per session - the first 10 paying client stretches of a newly hired Stretch Practitioner (this does not count practice stretches, employee stretches or family members)

• $2 per session - FIRST TWO MONTHS - from a newly certified Stretch Practitioner's 11 paid client stretch through the end of the pay period where they reach 60 days from passing the certification test.

• $3 per session

  • MONTHS 3 THROUGH 6 - paid for qualifying stretches (see above)

  • BEYOND MONTH 6 IF utilization falls to less than 60% in a pay period

• $4 per session - 6 MONTHS AND BEYOND - when utilization is above 60% for the pay period

Note this change: going forward there is no longer sales commissions paid to SPs. Instead, the above increased Activity Rate will be paid on all qualifying stretches. :)
