Corporate Accounts

LET'S BRING IN LOTS OF MEMBERS AT ONCE!
What's a Stretch Zone corporate account? It's basically a family account (a regular monthly membership) that instead of being shared to a spouse or family member, is shared from the main company account to employees of the company. Click here for details on how to share session credits from the main account.
How do we set up Corporate Accounts?
Your Regional Manager is VERY happy to help you through setting this up properly so please ask plenty of questions to help the experience be smooth for the client!
MAIN ACCOUNT: There needs to be one person in charge of the main or "parent" account from the purchasing company. The invoicing will run all on this account and credits belong to this person and are shared out from here. There will be one payment method kept on file.
FORM OF PAYMENT: The person who's name is on the parent account and who's form of payment is on the account needs to be the one to sign the membership agreement. WE MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL SIGNATURE ON FILE FROM THE CORRECT PERSON WHO IS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE CREDIT CARD. This protects us in case there is any credit card dispute issue.
SIGN THE AGREEMENT: The main person signs the membership agreement for the number of sessions wanted. The most important thing that this does is tell Club Ready the amount that additional add-on sessions will be charged at. Companies will likely do a large number of add-ons. When they sign the agreement and the charge runs, the first set of sessions will appear as available credits.
PLAN SESSION USAGE: Decide together with the client if there is to be a company event (whether in our studio or at their place of business), or if employees will be coming in individually on their own. We encourage groups of employees to come together for team building and health habit accountability. Those that stretch with a friend usually keep coming back longer. The more sessions that are booked and used, the more the corporate client will find value in our services. The most momentum can happen by a regular (maybe monthly?) private stretch event where we reserve and staff the studio just for them! Plan it and put it together - we can even provide snacks and drinks!
AUTHORIZED SHARING: Obtain from the main company contact person (or their authorized assistant) a list of names - ideally with emails and cell numbers for texting reminders - as people authorized to use the company's stretch credits. Click and read how to set up employee credit sharing here.
NOTE: They will need to communicate with their people how many sessions are available to each employee and how often they can be used as Club Ready does not have a feature for us to monitor shared usage. It lets someone who has shared access to credits use sessions as long as there are any available on the parent account. We can make an account note of their desired use cadence, and set alerts on their employee prospect accounts, but we do not want to be responsible for their employee usage.
CREATE EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTS: Every employee will need their own prospect account so they can sign the waiver and appear properly on the schedule. Once the above Authorized List is received from the company, a Prospect account needs to be created for each person. If we do not have correct emails or cell phone numbers we can use a placeholder like "needemail@gmail.com" or 999-999-9999 which quickly indicates to staff that we need updated info when they come in for the first time. If at all possible get the mobile number for text confirmations so that we minimize no-show for appointments that are company paid!
BOOK SESSIONS: Help them get their team on our schedule asap! If possible, set up recurring regular sessions - for example, Tuesdays during lunch - and help them book ahead and plan it into their wellness program.
Let's help their employees stay happy, healthy and well AND talking about how much Stretch Zone helps them so we have a long and happy relationship together!
FAQ
Can they use another form of payment?
Yes! We can run a one time payment method for a different corporate card if they want. However, only one card can be on file at a time, so we would need the original card to enter it in again if it's just a one time purchase on the alternate card.
What if they want a LOT of sessions?
For very large accounts, see your Regional Manager to draft and invoice and the accompanying docs to go with it instead of running multiple invoices. Club Ready allows a max of 5 add-on sessions to be purchased at one time.
What if they don't want a recurring membership?
If it's a smaller purchase you can start by offering the Paid In Full rates. If they like that, go with that pathway. We can set it up to honor the same bulk rate pricing as the membership levels do (our "corporate rate") through our invoicing process. Please communicate clearly on all things related to their invoice.
