To Know:

• Flex Points is the loyalty and rewards program for Stretch Zone. It only happens to share the name Flex with our Flex Membership, otherwise they are not related. Any level of membership has access to the Flex Rewards program.

• When a member sets up their Client Portal, they must still create a separate account for their Flex Rewards points. Once created, they will access that account through their Client Portal.

• PLEASE NOTE: MEMBERS DO NOT GET A FREE STRETCH FOR BIRTHDAYS OR REFERRALS. Instead they earn 100 Flex points TOWARD a free stretch (1100 points).

EARNING FOR REFERRALS! New structure of Flex Points redemption that encourages clients to provide QUALITY leads, over quantity:

● Refer A Friend (providing the lead) - 50 pts

● Friend Attends Demo Appointment - 300 pts

● Friend Makes Purchase/Signs Membership - 750 pts

All these items together add up to 1100 points (the equivalent of a free stretch)

BENEFITS:

• Swag! Encourage members to log and earn extra points to be redeemed for fun Stretch Zone items that you can't buy anywhere!

• Points toward free stretches! On their birthday they get a gift of 100 points toward a free stretch when they accumulate 1100 Flex Points, plus additional points earned for coming in consistently and referring buddies - see below.

How do clients redeem points?

1. Once clients have activated their Stretch Zone Rewards account and earned enough points, they can redeem those points for rewards at their home studio. Clients may also choose to keep earning more points to reach some of the higher- tier rewards.

2. Clients redeem points directly through their Flex Points account by clicking REDEEM to create a voucher. Redeeming a reward automatically removes those points from their balance.

How do clients redeem points?

3. Client brings voucher to the studio to display on their phone. They may also bring in the printed voucher if they don’t have a mobile device.

On mobile, tap the MARK AS USED button to mark the voucher as used.
