Session Surveys & Reviews

Every time a Stretch Zone member has a stretch session, they are automatically sent a Session Survey via email. We want to make sure that EVERY stretch they get is top level, and if it's not then we want the chance to make it right.

STRETCH PRACTITIONERS

At the end of each stretch, please invite your member to leave a quick star rating for that stretch. Let them know;

• We want to hear all honest feedback, whether good or bad

• Survey results are confidential (sent to upper management, not the studio level - so they can be completely honest without worrying about hurting anyone's feelings)

• Practitioners are rewarded for positive feedback, ..."it helps me if you take a quick moment to rate the stretch you got today! :)". Survey results go into your personnel file and occasionally we have contests, incentives, etc.

• It helps management coach anything that needs improvement

• Once they rate us internally, there is an option to leave a review on Google. This helps our business, but it also helps others find us as a solution to their pain and issues and helps them know they can trust trying us out! Practitioners could say something like...

  • "If you haven't reviewed us yet, and you feel like you receive 5 star care here, we would be super grateful if you'd take a moment and review us on Google - you can just click the star rating if you don't know what else to say, but this really helps the people looking for help find us! :). Thank you!"

• Use the small foamboard in studio with the QR code that goes directly to review us online.

• If people don't use Google, or if they really want to rave about us, they can also post on Yelp and Facebook - all reviews help us gain momentum!

A super-simple 5 star rating (even without any words) even can help us so much!  As AI becomes a more and more powerful tool, search engines will pay more and more attention to things like reviews, and as we stay on top of this now we can keep demo and client schedules full into the future.

This is a no-brainer and free way to boost retention for our members (as we showcase all the great results people get) and give confidence to new prospects to come in and see us!
